About The Rodin Group

Robin Stein Rodin, Principal, is a strategic, results oriented leader who has spent her career improving organizational and leadership effectiveness. She works directly with senior leaders to implement world class practices that attract and retain top talent, enhance performance and leverage diversity. Robin has spent more than 25 years in increasingly responsible positions in the Pharmaceutical Industry. Her success is attributed to quickly understanding clients and their objectives; tapping into their passion, and partnering with them to develop targeted, relevant and creative outcomes.

From 1994-2006 Robin was responsible for Leadership Strategy and Development for GlaxoSmithKline US Pharmaceuticals. Among her many accomplishments, she:


  • Designed and implemented a comprehensive talent management strategy and process which resulted in greater alignment between key developmental opportunities and top talent and improved quality of candor and conversation among the executive team.
  • Pioneered and orchestrated successful and sustainable Women’s Leadership Initiative which improved retention and enhanced engagement among women at all levels of the organization.
  • Developed Executive Coaching process and capability which accelerated the development and performance of key leaders who were promoted and/or were assigned to new developmental roles.
  • Led major culture change initiatives for Marketing Services Organization which led to enhanced business partnering competencies and readiness to off-shore certain positions to India.

Prior to this appointment, Robin served as a Human Resource Director providing a full array of Generalist and Employee Relations services to multiple organizations within GSK US Pharmaceuticals.

Since leaving GlaxoSmithKline to start THE RODIN GROUP, Robin has worked in the following areas:

  • Executive Coaching: Enhancing the development of executives, hi-potential and emerging leaders.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Designing and delivering Strategic Planning, Team Building and Learning Forums.
  • Career Counseling: Providing navigational tools needed to be competitive and successful in today's employment market.
  • HR Consultation: Developing and directing Human Resource Policies, Processes and Strategies.
